A Jumps workshop will take place on Wednesday 7th March from 7-9pm at Cork IT Track. It is open to all athletes/coaches aged 12+ with registration taking place at 6.45pm sharp and workshop starting at 7pm. You simply come along on the night and pay €5. The events covered on the night will be High Jump, Long Jump and Pole Vault. Munster Performance Squad Coaches Chris Regan High Jump, Eamon Flanagan Pole Vault and Stephen Fleming Long Jump will be taking the session.
