ST. BRENDAN'S AC OPEN SPORTS 2016 - RESULTS

The sun came out for the St. Brendan’s open sports which took place in Ardfert GAA pitch on Monday 6^th June.  The club would like to extend a thank you to both Ardfert Football club & Ardfert Hurling club for allowing us to use the pitch for the day.

Athletes from Kerry were there & they even travelled from county Limerick too, to help make it a successful day!

There was great fun had with all of the relays as many of the clubs came together to make up many different teams showing great sportsmanship amongst the different clubs.               

To round off the day the very popular family relay took place with 12 families participating! After that the adult novelty races took place with many people participating.  The top three women were Ursula, Lauren & Noreen & the first three men were Kevin, Artur & David.  The course was set up by Artur & all came away saying that they had a great time!
