Day 1 of the championships and a busy day for athletes, coaches and officials with a huge number of competitors taking part from the Munster clubs. Thanks to all volunteers who helped out to run off the competitions across the day. Our 10 athletes competing on the day recorded a combined 22 new personal bests . Big congratulations to Éabha Cowan winning her first individual Munster medal placing 3rd overall in the U12 girls 60m Hurdles). Full summary of results follows
