The next Munster Squad day for both the Development Squad and the Performance Squad will be taking place on Saturday 10th March at UL Track. The Development Squad session runs from 10am-12pm and is open to all registered club athletes in Munster born 1998 (u14)-1993 (u20). Registration starts at 9.30am and closes at 9.55am and cost is €5. The events that will be covered on the day will be Long Jump/Triple Jump, Hurdles/Sprints and Javelin.The Performance Squad starts at 12.30pm and will run until roughly 3.30-4pm and this is only open to the 85 selected athletes born 1996-1992. The head event coaches will be in contact with the personal coaches of the athletes with their program for the day.
As always coaches are very welcome to attend and sit in on the sessions.
