MUNSTER INDOORS U14-U19
3rd & 4th March 2012 Nenagh
Another great weekend
was had by St. Brendan’s AC athletes.
The older age group were in action this weekend & had a lot of
success. In the U14 boys Eoghan McElligott came 2nd in the high jump
with another pb of 1.50. He just keeps
getting better & better! At U15
Iarla Courtney came home with three medals placing 2nd in the 60m
hurdles, 3rd in both the high jump & long jump. In the U16 age group Cian McGarry placed 3rd
in his long jump at his first indoor competition. At U18 Eoghan Courtney brought back
four medals coming 1st in his 60m hurdles, 1st in his high jump, 2nd in the
long jump & 3rd in the 200m.
Finally also in the u18 category Peter O’ Brien won his shot putt
competition with a throw of 11.98m.

to the parents & coaches who travelled up & helped out over the
weekend!
