MUNSTER TRACK & FIELD U14-U19 2015

Four St. Brendan’s athletes made the long journey to Waterford where the Munster Track & Field competition was taking place this year.  Although the club’s representation was small there were some great performances.  The standard of competing was excellent with the Kerry squads training paying off for our St. Brendan’s athletes.  Many of these performances produced some personal best’s for all of the athletes.

Darragh’s high jump competition produced one of the most exciting events over the weekend, he achieved a personal best of 1.74m with an attempt at the Munster record of 1.77m getting very close on all occasions!

Aaron Malik was very unlucky in a few events not to medal.  Thank you to Barbara & Deirdre who travelled the distance with them. We can’t wait to see what the AAI competition will bring over the summer!
