New run on classic 5K "Ring Road" in Causeway, organised as a fundraising event by Clanmaurice Camogie Club. There was options for 5K & 10K (double 5K loop).
Good turnout by our club members with some very good individual and team performances.
In 5K event we got Cathy Quilter, Catherine Burke, Joan Reil Burke while the 10K event was contested by Pat Sheehy, Margaret Carlin, Tommy Redmond & Tom Scanlon.
After a long cross country season it was nice to finish with some new experience for our younger athletes who are part of Ardfert Brownies unit: Ellie O'Connor, Milly O'Halloran, Lilly Nowak, Sarah Bodenham, Daisy Nowak, Rachael O'Sullivan.
Well done girls, good to see you all out and learning new skills.
