A total of 1300 runners and walkers took part in the inaugural Kerry's Eye Tralee International Half and Full Marathon 2013 on what was a perfect day for running.

Support for the Athletes running through Ardfert was fantastic.Both the club and spectators in the village made a great effort to cheer the runners on and feedback has been extremely positive. Well done to St.Brendan's AC members and volunteers and thank you to all those who turned out to show support in the village including Ardfert Brownies and Ladybirds, Ardfert Development Committee and many more.
