On a very cold weekend St. Brendan’s u14-u19 athletes took part in the Munster Indoors. Whilst the outside may have been cold, inside the Nenagh Olympic arena was even colder!! So with plenty of extra layers on to keep the muscles warm - & that was just the coaches!! The athletes did well to take part & some were unlucky to place just outside the medal positions.
U19 Eoghan Courtney 1st 60m Hurdles
U17 Cian MacGarry 2nd Long Jump 5.88m
U14 Darragh Lowth 1st 800m
Well done to all the athletes who competed over the very cold weekend & a thank you to the coaches & parents who took them up.
