It was a busy weekend on roads and off-roads in Kerry. The longest race was taking place around Kenmare - WILD WEST RUN 2013. This year it was a 15miles race starting on the road from Mols Gap, along Black Valley, with terrain changing from road to trail at Lord Brandon's Cottage. A bit of a climb to Ladies View and back on the trail all the way to Kenmare on the Old Kenmare Road. A top class event with "superb course with breath-taking views" as described by one of 120 participants with good weather all day.
